• 1992 - Dalatec Corporation formed and first opened
• 1996 - Dalatec expanded to support Israeli clients
• 1998 - Dalatec moved administrative office to Wantagh, New York
• 1998 - Dalatec added several new product lines
• 1999 - Dalatec and ISL Products fromed Joint Venture
